Golden Gate project unveiled

December 3, 2018

At the launch, attendees were able to “walk through” a virtual-reality tour of Golden Gate Towers.

Last month Golden Gate Developers launched its residential development project Golden Gate. The event delivered a variety of technological displays – guests were treated to a 360-degree virtual-reality tour, which enabled them to “walk through” the property and have a virtual experience of living in one of the apartments.

Golden Gate aims to revolutionise the way property is viewed by allowing off-plan buyers and potential buyers to “envisage” the property. The project is a joint venture between Bahrain-based Kooheji Golden Gate and two Indian property companies, Ajmera Realty and Mayfair Housing. The partnership aims to foster a long-lasting relationship between India and Bahrain and to attract more foreign investment into this country.
